I started this business in 2023 with one goal: to make it easier for families to slow down, share a treat, and create something sweet together. What began as a small side hustle while raising my son has grown into a full-time home bakery focused on custom cakes, cozy vanilla-forward flavors, and community-rooted baking, all from my kitchen here in Hutto, TX.
In 2026, my north star is simple: Lead with Vanilla. Bring Families Together. Serve Hutto.
Whether it’s a first birthday smash cake, a dozen cupcakes for the office, or cookies just because, everything I bake is made-to-order, made with care, and made with you in mind.
Alongside my custom cakes and cookies, you’ll still find some of the things Happy Hippo was built on:
