Amazon Prime Days are here and while I *know* deep in my heart that they're just a push to get me to spend more money on Amazon, I also know that I fall for it every time! This year I thought I'd round up all my favorite deals as a baker and toddler mom in case you're wondering how to give the giant your money this week also. *nervous laughter*

Things I Bought...
As A Baker
A Stainless Steel Paddle Attachment for my Kitchenaid Mixer
Kitchenaid makes the best, most affordable mixer around but I am definitely someone who loves to throw as much as possible into the dishwasher - especially with how much and how often I'm baking. The stainless steel mixer attachments make that possible (the OG attachments that come with the mixer are hand wash only) and they last forever!
If you happen to be on the market for a new mixer, this is the one I recommend!
A Paddle Attachment with Silicon Edges
With how often I scrape the sides of my bowl while baking, I'm so excited for this paddle attachment to revolutionize my baking! It's got great reviews for cleanability also so while I don't know for sure if it's dishwasher friendly, I have high hopes!
Y'all, my sweet in-laws have been loaning me their 10x10 canopy tent for my markets but that thing is on it's last legs! I'm so excited to have invested in this tent in particular because it's designed to be easy for ONE PERSON to set up (what a dream!). Plus, it's my favorite color (yellow) and they had a ton of color options!
I know not everyone does markets but we also just got back from the beach and, man, I wish I had thought to bring our tent with us!
I will stand by Ball and Mason Jars till the cows come home - I use these for EVERYTHING. Most frequently, these jars are my packaging for my brownie and pancake mixes but I also love them for storing soups, sauces, berries, etc for our every day family needs. They're airtight so you can really do a lot with them.
As A Toddler Mom
Bentgo Lunch Boxes with Reusable Ice Pack
Now that Hayes is pretty much eating like a grown person, we can rearrange how we send his food with him to daycare. I've been looking for these for a while now wanting to make sure I really like something before I invested. Ultimately I went with these because of the built-in reusable ice pack and the fact that they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Now I don't need to worry about including an ice pack, his teachers can easily throw it in the microwave at school, and it'll be super easy to clean when he comes home! I got two to rotate through for the week!
We are potty training over labor day weekend so a significant amount of what I bought for Prime Day was for potty training! We went with the BabyBjorn Potty because that's what was recommended in the book we're following plus it's got SO MANY amazing reviews. It's small enough that we actually bought 3 - one for each floor of our house and one for the car for emergencies!
I won't go into tons of detail on the other potty training items but I'll list them out here in case you're interested :)
Built-in Toilet Seat
Where Do You Poop? Board Book
Potty Board Book
Potty Training Chart/Game
Potty Liners
Some friends who came to visit recently had one of these for their kiddos and Hayes just loved it - and we did too! I was so happy to see it 53% off today! Along with the busy board Hayes already has and loves, we're excited to keep this in his backpack or in the car for easy, screen-free fun at restaurants or anything that requires waiting.
Of all my purchases, this is the one I'm least sure of so I'll have to update once it comes in and we start using this. BUT my hope is that having a visual schedule of our morning and evening routines will help ease transitions a little for Hayes. I liked this product in particular because it also had the weather and calendar aspects to it which I think he'll enjoy. I'll report back on how it goes!
And there you have it! Those are all the things I bought during Amazon Prime day today - don't forget it'll be going through tomorrow, July 17th!
If you also purchased any of these, what did you think? Did they meet your expectations? We'd love to hear from you!
