Refund policy
Ready-to-order menu items need reasonable notice for changes or cancellations before production starts. Custom order deposits are non-refundable once the date is reserved and design or planning work has started. If there is a quality issue or a bakery-side error, please reach out as soon as possible so I can review it case by case. If I ever need to cancel an order because of an emergency on my side, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
